そもそも医療事故の範囲が広すぎる。
今の医療事故のとり方では、事故をなくすには「治療しないで死んでもらう」しか方法がない。
「たらいまわし」はある意味「医療事故を無くす為」にはもっとも効果的な手段。
医師がずっと患者を受入れずに手遅れで死ねば医療事故は無くなる。

というか、それしか医療事故を減らす方法がない。
